Your Role

As part of our climate transition, we are constantly changing our processes and input materials for cement production. To make the necessary changes and tests, we have a temporary reinforcement of our existing shifts. Our regular shifts consist of three employees working from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 06:00 in a rotating schedule on weekdays and weekends. During the current development period, we need an additional employee as there is a lot of manual work involved, including measuring and weighing, carrying and pouring, as well as handling materials. You will receive an introduction with a strong focus on safe work and an insight into the rest of the production. You will be an important cog in making our new method work, and we believe you will discover how wonderful our workplace is and what jobs are available in the industry.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has a strong safety mindset, is meticulous, and has a high level of collaboration skills. You do not need to have previous industrial experience as we have both simpler and more demanding tasks within the shift. Requirements for the position include a high school diploma, forklift and loader licenses (wheel loader goods handling). Our instructions and routines are in Swedish, and we need to communicate a lot to maintain good collaboration, which is why we see it as a requirement that your Swedish is good in both spoken and written form. We are a large facility, and you need to be able to work at heights.

Application and Start Date

We are looking for an employee who can work between approximately week 18 to 27. The shift work consists of morning, afternoon, and night shifts as described above. The position is a temporary employment for this shorter period, with the possibility of working on new testing periods in the future.
